Our Family Room, for up to 4 people,  is located on the 2nd floor of our 16th Century Grade 2 Listed building. It comprises two connected rooms and an EnSuite bathroom.

The first room has a Kingsize bed for up to two people.

The second room has two single beds.

The EnSuite bathroom has toilet, sink, shower and bath.

Facilities include a TV, beverage tray and hairdryer with views out to the Blue Anchor Bay and the Bristol Channel.

All rooms include an  English breakfast served between 0800 and 0930 in our Tea Shop, accessible from the High Street. We offer a wide selection of teas, freshly ground organic  coffee, cereals and toast. Gluten Free or Wheat Free,  and Vegetarian options are available.

All our guests have access to free WiFi (wireless internet) for the duration of their stay.

Free parking can be found at the front of our building on the High Street, depending on availability.

Alternatively, you can park your car in Dunster Steep Car Park located on the south-eastern side of the A396 approx 200 metres from its junction with the A39. It is a Long Stay "Pay and Display" facility controlled by West Somerset Council that can accomodate 109 vehicles.   

B&B guests are entitled to a 10% discount on all products in our Tea shop, for the duration of their stay.

We take payment by Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash.

We accept some forms of contactless payments, but we do not accept Apple Pay.

Sorry, but we do not accept American Express or Cheques.

We sell Gluten Free products in our Tea Shop and can provide Gluten Free breakfasts on request.
